Getting Started
To get started using our patient portal we need your email address. You can either talk to our front desk staff before your next appointment or call our offices and give us your email address. Either way make sure to ask to become “web enabled”. Upon becoming “web enabled” you will be sent an email with instructions on how to sign into the patient portal. In that email you will be sent a username and temporary password.
Once you have the username and password you will be directed to the Patient Portal Sign In website.
